And the message boards aren't be filled with people complaining about how hard (and unprofitable) it is to be a travel agent.

Think of this more as... an online maker space for travel agents. If you haven't heard of it before, a maker space is a bit like a community center for makers - painters, potters, woodworkers, etc. For a monthly fee you get access to the tools and resources you need to practice your craft, the space to experiment and get messy, and a community of creative makers, just like you, to celebrate with you when you create a masterpiece, and to help you figure out what went wrong when things don't go as planned.

You won't have access to any power tools in The Lab, unfortunately,  but you will find the resources and community you always wished you had, to help you design and build the business you always dreamed of.
